Complete report into Tempe Fire Department’s handling of arson investigation

Scottsdale Fire Department completed an investigation into Tempe Fire Department’s handling of a suspected arson by one of it’s own.   Michael Keen was an off duty Tempe Firefighter who it is alleged received preferential treatment by then Fire Chief Mark Simmons and then Assistant Chief Marc Scott.   The link to the complete report is below.
